This session will give you ideas and strategies to help students further develop their gymnastics skills and create a movement composition. During this session, you will learn and play a few warm-up games and learn how to teach and perform basic floor gymnastics skills. Also, you will be exploring how to use different apparatus such as balls, hoops and ribbons to create sequential movements.
